An adaptable approach to the CPA journey
The Experience, Learn, and Earn (ELE) Program, from the AICPA and the NASBA, is an integrated education and experience program for individuals to earn up to 30 of the 150 credit hours of required education for CPA licensure at a significantly reduced cost. The program is open to individuals who are working full-time for any employer.
Employers participating in the ELE Program agree to support employees participating in the program in a variety of ways, providing their participating staff with enhanced flexibility to complete their remaining credit hours and directly apply their skills to their jobs.
Not just for recent college graduates, the program is available to anyone who may be shy of the 150-credit hour requirement, including those looking for a career change.
The ELE Program is a flexible, scalable recruiting option. With no cost to employers, the program is designed to help you onboard new talent, professionally develop current employees, and strengthen the future of the profession.
