ELE Program for employers

Invest in your organization and the profession

The ELE Program is a flexible, scalable recruiting option. With no cost to employers, the program is designed to help you onboard new talent, professionally develop current employees, and strengthen the future of the profession.

To participate in the program, a firm/organization is required to:‍‍

  1. Commit to recruiting and employing individuals to participate in the ELE Program.
  2. Commit to supporting candidates’ participation in the ELE Program for the appropriate length of time (not all candidates need the full 30 credits); this support can include:
  1. Providing workload flexibility
  2. Offering tuition reimbursement

(Currently tuition is set at $150 per credit hour; this does not include the cost of textbooks and/or any nominal fees assessed by Tulane)

  3. Formal or informal mentoring

3. Share insights about the ELE Program by providing AICPA and NASBA with feedback.

If your firm or organization is ready to register as a participating employer, complete the
participating employer agreement.

Once you’ve become a participating organization, you’ll receive a digital badge from the AICPA and NASBA that can be showcased on your firm’s or organization’s website and social media platforms. This signals to perspective candidates that you’re invested in the future of the accounting profession and their career development.
